Teaching Assistants sought for Primary school in Streatham

Salary: NJC Scale 3 – points 5 to 6 (£22800 to £23211 per annum; pay award pending) – pro-rata for both part-time hours and part-year working
Position type: 32.5 hours per week; 39 weeks per year (during school terms)
To start: January 2021

Granton is a vibrant three-form entry primary school and nursery in Lambeth, London. We are a diverse and multi-cultural school with over 600 children on roll. The school has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and is located on an attractive site in generous grounds.

We are an ambitious school with high expectations and are looking for dynamic and pro-active individuals with the following:

  • Experienced and enthusiastic individuals who has outstanding interpersonal skills working with children.
  • Experience of working with children with special educational needs.
  • At least one year’s experience working with children both in an individual and group setting.
  • Must be educated to, or working towards, level 3 NVQ or GCSE Maths and English grade C or above.
