Job Description:

Granton is a vibrant three-form entry primary school and nursery in Lambeth, London. We are a diverse and multi-cultural school with over 600 children on roll. We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional and confident person to join our friendly Inclusion team.

This position would ideally suit someone who has strong organisational and administrative skills, an excellent work ethic and the ability to communicate confidently with a wide range of people.

You would need to be a team player who can be flexible, creative and confidential.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Working with our Inclusion team and wider SEN team to provide support and general admin and clerical duties including photocopying, filing, emailing and completion of routine forms
  • Contacting and communicating with parents/carers, staff and other agencies regarding children with SEN
  • Following and implementing all school policies and procedures
  • Working in partnership with parents/carers, staff, governors and other agencies to support children with SEN provision in our school
  • Being punctual, reliable, effective and consistent in your work

GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths or equivalent are essential as is the ability to communicate effectively on several levels.
