This service has been created in response to demand from head teachers in Lambeth Borough for a better, fairer and more cost effective system to recruit teachers and support staff for all our Lambeth school jobs.
Teach Lambeth exists to attract the best candidates to every available Lambeth education job. It aims to make the application process simple, quick and fair for those looking to work in Lambeth schools. At the same time, Teach Lambeth looks to inform those looking for jobs in education why Lambeth is a great place to live and work.
As a service to every school in the Borough of Lambeth, Teach Lambeth provides a very low cost method of advertising all current Lambeth school vacancies as well as a new approach to creating an ECT Pool and Qualified Teacher Pool available to every school in the Borough.
A New Way to Recruit Lambeth School Vacancies
Individually and collectively, Lambeth schools spend many tens of thousands of pounds every year advertising Lambeth school job vacancies on national websites and in traditional media.
Advertising on third party platforms is a huge drain on school budgets that are already stretched. Many head teachers feel that these funds would be better spent on improving opportunities for our young people in Lambeth.
The Teach Lambeth website does not make a profit and is solely dedicated to supporting schools to find the perfect teachers, leaders and support staff in the most cost effective way. The huge financial savings in recruitment costs and the time saved in finding the right staff for Lambeth schools brings enormous benefit to every school in Lambeth and all candidates looking to teach in Lambeth.
For teachers and support staff looking to work in Lambeth schools, Teach Lambeth brings all the vacancies in every Lambeth school together in one place so that you will be able to find the right job for you in Lambeth.
Teach Lambeth is the one stop resource for schools and candidates looking for jobs in Lambeth schools.

The quality and number of applications from advertising on national and non-education specific websites can often be disappointing. About Teach Lambeth
The Teach Lambeth website is operated with the assistance of Lambeth Council and has no full-time staff of its own. Therefore we have no direct telephone support and all contact must be made through the contact page where your enquiry will be directed to the relevant department.
About the Lambeth Schools Partnership
The Lambeth Schools Partnership is an organisation where the Local Authority, schools and settings work in partnership to accelerate school improvement across the Borough and provide professional challenge and support.
It co-ordinates, signposts to and brokers a range of other providers offering training and traded support services which are available via Lambeth School Services, Teaching Schools and Clusters.
The primary focus of the LSP is on collaboration for school improvement – for all schools, not just for those experiencing difficulties – and on achieving the best educational outcomes for the children and young people of Lambeth. The LSP is responsible for school improvement in Lambeth alongside core school improvement staff who are responsible for the statutory function.
