Website Streatham Wells Primary School
Streatham Wells Primary is an exceptional one-form entry school in between Streatham Hill and Tulse Hill. We are a small, friendly and caring school where everyone is committed to providing the very best learning opportunities for our children. At Streatham Wells we believe in growing hearts and minds. We deliver a curriculum which promotes academic excellence as well as supporting physical and mental wellbeing. We aim to foster learners to create a future generation more enlightened than the current and our curriculum is actively anti racist, anti-homophobic, anti-sexist and anti-ableist. In 2024, we received our Ofsted Outstanding judgement, which we are really proud of.
This role is a cover teacher role, to cover PPA, ECT cover and for part time teachers. This would cover from KS1 to KS2 (there may be times where cover is needed in EYFS, as directed by the Headteacher). The teacher would be expected to plan, deliver and mark lessons taught, and given appropriate PPA for this. In addition, the teacher would plan and deliver interventions to struggling learners, and track their progress. We are particularly interested in candidates with a specialism such as Science, Music or Spanish.
