Job Description:

Do you enjoy enabling children to be the best they can be?

Would you like to be part of a team committed to developing staff to improve outcomes for children?

We are a dynamic and vibrant primary school. We pride ourselves on our wonderful pupils, inspiring and creative teaching methods, and state-of-the-art learning environment.

We offer extensive and unique opportunities beyond the curriculum to enhance our pupils’ experience; our rich and varied extra-curriculum programme is one element of this and allows each child to learn new skills and develop their confidence.

The purpose of this role is to work under the direct instruction of teaching/senior staff, usually in the classroom with the teacher, to support access to learning for pupils and provide general support to the teacher in managing pupils and the classroom. Especially those with additional needs, and to assist the teacher in managing pupils and the classroom. Work may be carried out in the classroom or outside the main teaching area. To provide service delivery for the After School Club in a welcoming, safe, and stimulating environment that is well-resourced with activities.

We would like to hear from enthusiastic individuals who desire to support, stimulate, nurture, and enable the development of all children. You will be ready to tailor teaching to remove barriers so all of our children can access the curriculum and monitor progress so that every child achieves it. We value candidates who show enthusiasm for the training required by the role.
