Wyvil Primary School is an exciting and innovative school situated in the centre of London, based across three buildings. We have two mainstream sites with integrated resource base classes for children with Autism and Speech and Language needs, and an Autism Resource Base in Kennington.
We are looking to appoint an aspirational, hardworking and caring Family Support Worker to join our inclusive and ambitious team.
You will:
- feel passionate about working with families of vulnerable groups to ensure children are in school and on time;
- be willing to work with the Lead Family Support Worker
- be willing to be trained as a DDSL, or be a DDSL already;
- have a high level of organisational skills and initiative and can work efficiently with a positive attitude;
- be able to use school MIS systems and Microsoft Office to oversee pupil attendance and punctuality;
- have high standards of communication skills, oral and written, for a range of audiences;
- work well in a team;
- work closely with the SEND team;
- value, support and challenge children and adults.
