Job Description:

We are looking to recruit a highly committed person who wants to ensure that our school is a successful learning community where the finances are well managed and lead to the best outcomes for our children.

The purpose of the role is to support the Business Manager in maintaining the administrative, pupil data, school meals, extended services, resource stocking and financial procedures/systems.

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate:

  • An analytical and technical proficiency in all aspects of accounting and financial reporting
  • Experience of recording accounting transactions and maintaining accounting records
  • Experience of bank and project reconciliations
  • Broad knowledge of financial and administrative systems in a team environment
  • Excellent ICT, literacy and numeracy skills
  • Effective organisational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Applicants should hold a suitable qualification – CSBM, DSBM, AAT or equivalent qualification.
