Job Description:

We are looking for an excellent Senior Admin Officer with:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders, and a positive can-do attitude;
  • Experience in providing a high quality administrative service, dealing with requests from all stakeholders in a timely and professional manner;
  • The ability to deliver on a variety of tasks with;
  • Highly organised and skilled in managing multiple tasks efficiently and prioritising workloads and delivering quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a calm, solution-focused mindset, ensuring projects are completed accurately and on schedule, even under pressure.
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS office applications (Word, Excel, Publisher) and a willingness to learn new technology.
