Salary: NJC Scale 4 - points 7 to 10 (£29412 to £30771 per annum) - pro rata for part-year working
Hours: Full-time

Job Description:

Elm Court School is a special secondary school for students who have Learning difficulties with associated Social and Communication needs. Many of our students have autism.

The Livity is a special primary school for pupils with severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties and complex medical issues.

We are seeking to appoint Teaching Assistants based at either school.

We are looking for:

  • excellent Teaching Assistants with relevant Special Educational Needs experience
  • staff who are able to build supportive and effective relationships with pupils who have a range of SEND and their parents/carers
  • be a strong, innovative and committed team player, who enjoys challenges, thinks positively and have a good sense of humour
