We are looking for an excellent Leader of Mathematics with:
- a proven track record in raising pupil attainment at GCE and A Level;
- the ability to lead the strategic direction and development of an inspiring, cohesive Maths curriculum in an all-through setting, building on the existing primary curriculum;
- the ability to lead on educational progress, achievement and enrichment experience of all pupils across the school;
- very high expectations of what can be achieved;
- an understanding of how children learn and the complexities of this process;
- the skills to work successfully as part of a team establishing effective working relationships and flexible working practices;
- experience of working in collaboration with colleagues, parents, pupils and the school community;
- strong interpersonal skills;
- a calm, positive and inclusive approach to education.
