Website Wyvil Primary School
Wyvil Primary School is an exciting and innovative two form entry school situated in the centre of London, based across three buildings. We have two mainstream sites with integrated resource base classes for children with Autism and Speech and Language needs, and an Autism Resource Base in Kennington.
In the mainstream classes we utilise the Three Teacher model and employ three teachers per year group. This enables high quality teaching and learning whilst promoting staff leadership and professional development.
We are embedding a coaching culture across the school, enabling staff to have regular opportunities for reflective practice, active listening and high quality questioning.
We are looking to appoint an aspirational, hardworking and caring Teacher to join our inclusive and ambitious school, initially as part of the EYFS team.
You will:
- deliver high quality lessons
- share best practice
- have high expectations of behaviour, inclusion, children’s learning and progress
- value, support and challenge children
- be prepared to work flexibly in a collaborative team using shared teaching approaches for learning
- create stimulating learning opportunities inside and outside the classroom environment
- have a good understanding of inclusive practice and early childhood development
- understand child development across the primary age range and adapt teaching to meet varied learning needs
We can offer you:
- amazing children, with a passion for learning
