Iqra Primary

Iqra is an Islamic school, offering the full range of national curriculum and extra curricular opportunities and is a welcoming and inclusive setting for pupils, parents, staff and visitors. We offer our pupils a balanced curriculum with a wide range of subjects and learning which is personalised to their individual needs.

We aim to provide a curriculum which meets the needs of the academic, personal and social development of each child. We seek to enable children to make decisions about their learning and have a clear understanding of next steps. Our curriculum tries to ensure that our children become independent, enthusiastic and confident learners.

We work hard to provide the very best service we can and we are proud of of our ‘outstanding’ status. Nonetheless, we always seek to improve and embrace new opportunities and ideas to continue to develop our provision and ensure that we remain a forward thinking, centre of excellence.
