St. Bernadette RC Juniors

A lot has changed in our world and in education over the last few years and we have had to face a new way of teaching and learning with new challenges, supporting our pupils to catch up on any missed learning and re-establishing behaviours for learning in order for our pupils to continue thriving and making the necessary progress.

We have a hugely committed staff team across the Federation and we are all extremely excited about our journey ahead, working in partnership with our Parents and Carers and outside agencies.

Through our diverse curriculum, we aim to create a warm and nurturing atmosphere, which enhances the highest expectation for all our children, whose needs are paramount in the life and decision making within our schools. We strongly believe in providing the children with exciting, creative and meaningful learning experiences which will build their enthusiasm for learning to help them grow and develop positively in a variety of ways ready for the challenges they will face going up from the Infants to the Juniors and then onto Secondary Schools.

Our two schools are very strongly centred around our Catholic faith and the school community and ethos thrives on mutual respect and values positive relationships both within school and with our parents and carers. The School – Parent partnership is of paramount importance and we look forward to working very closely with you all in order to ensure that your children are happy, learning and reach their full potential in all areas.

St. Bernadette RC Junior School is part of the Federation of St. Bede’s and St. Bernadette Catholic Schools, along with St. Bede’s RC Infant School
