We are looking to appoint an excellent Secondary teacher and creative leader to work with staff and drive academic standards to inspire our pupils and be fundamental in shaping our all-through school. You will lead the strategic direction and development of an inspiring, cohesive, curriculum which will excite and prepare pupils for the next phase in their learning journey.   pupils and the school community;

• a creative and innovative approach to school improvement;
• the ability lead on the educational progress, achievement and enrichment experience
  (including trips, rewards and clubs) of all pupils across the school;
• the ability to be kind, positive and committed to the school’s inclusive ethos;
• the ability to be flexible, calm, work under pressure and manage change effectively.
