Job Description:

Wyvil Primary School is an exciting and innovative school situated in the centre of London, based across three buildings. We have two mainstream sites with integrated resource base classes for children with Autism and Speech and Language needs, and an Autism Resource Base in Kennington.

We are looking to appoint an aspirational, hard-working and organised Admin Officer to take a leading role in our inclusive and ambitious team.

You will:

  • Provide high quality administrative support across key operational areas such as attendance, admissions, HR, safeguarding and marketing/ website management.
  • Use your initiative to improve systems, solve problems and manage a varied workload with confidence and accuracy.
  • Work closely with the Office Manager and Senior Leadership Team, providing high-quality administrative and organisational support as part of shared roles and responsibilities across all three sites.
  • Become an expert in school systems including Bromcom and other digital platforms, ensuring information is accurate, secure and up to date.
  • Be willing to work flexibly across all three sites, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy, successful primary school.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, families, staff and visitors while helping to create a welcoming, organised and thriving school community across multiple sites.
