Crown Lane Primary School and Children’s Centre is situated in the South of the London Borough of Lambeth, bordering the Borough of Croydon. It is on Crown Lane between Streatham Common and Crown Point.

We are a two form entry mixed community school with a 52 place Nursery and Children’s Centre as an integral part of it.

The current building was completed in 2005 and provides a modern, practical learning environment with an impressive and unique oval assembly hall and ICT room. The outside play and learning areas are attractive and fully utilised.

Ofsted refer to the school as “highly inclusive” and this is championed by the Headteacher and staff of the school.

The school and Children’s Centre serve a diverse community. It has a warm friendly atmosphere, commented on by many visitors. Families are encouraged to play a full part in the life of the school, creating community cohesion and improving outcomes for all.
