Job Description:

Jubilee Primary School is a diverse, flourishing and vibrant two form entry primary school located in Tulse Hill, South London.

We are looking for an experienced and highly capable School Business Manager who can build upon what is already a very successful and thriving environment. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of our popular community school.

As our School Business Manager, you will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team having an impact on maintaining and improving the school’s performance, while working in close partnership with the Headteacher and wider Leadership Team.
You will be responsible for the strategy and operation of the school’s business functions, along with the effective management of Finance, Administration, Management Information & and; ICT, Human Resources & and Payroll, Facilities & and; Property, Health & Safety and the line management of staff working in these areas.
Marketing the school is also a key responsibility, including generating additional income from external sources.

You will have:

● The CSBM/DSBM qualification or an equivalent professional qualification.

● Proven experience of budget management, monitoring and reconciliation.

● Experience of procurement and delivering Value for Money.

● Knowledge of Human Resources procedures

● Excellent IT skills
