The school is looking to appoint an aspirational, hardworking, caring, and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant for 33.75 hours per week, term-time only, to join our inclusive and ambitious team in the EYFS setting.  The applicant must

·         Have high expectations of children’s learning and behaviour.

·         EYFS / SEND experience essential.

·         Be able to deliver learning in engaging ways.

·         Have the ability to motivate children towards challenging targets.

·         Be able to support and inspire colleagues and work flexibly within a supportive team.

·         Have a good understanding of your role in keeping children safe.

·         Experience in a wide & varied range of Early Years settings.
