Oasis Academy Johanna is driven by a powerful ethos which aspires to treat everyone inclusively and recognises the importance of a holistic approach to education. Key Tasks
- To be responsible, as a member of staff, for promoting and developing a positive culture and to ensure diversity within the Academy community is recognised and respected
- Contribute to the development of the Academy’s vision, values and aims and to abide by agreed professional behaviours and attitudes
- Develop an inviting and stimulating inclusive play environment which meets the needs of all the children who use it, and to enable those children to obtain the full benefit of the facilities available, both within the playground and within the wider community
- Work to establish positive relationships with children, recognising your role in supporting children and maintain professional boundaries
- Planning and implementing programmes to support children with homework and catch-up activities
- Plan and implement programmes with the children and team which includes diverse opportunities for playful experiences
