Iqra is a very happy, thriving school graded ‘Oustanding’ in all areas, by OFSTED, in November 2017. The children are at the heart of everything that we do and every decision that we make. Leaders, including governors, have created a highly inclusive school. Leaders and staff work together with parents and carers to ensure that pupils are very well prepared for life in modern Britain.
Do you have successful experience in leadership? Are you a creative, innovative leader with a strong commitment to inclusion and driving improvement? Iqra Primary School is seeking an exceptional Assistant Headteacher from September 2019, to inspire the school community to deliver an outstanding education to its children and young people.
We are looking for someone who will:
- be an outstanding teacher who is able to model high expectations;
- have the ability to lead, motivate and challenge staff;
- be ready to lead on whole school initiatives;
- mentor and coach teachers across the school; and
- lead creatively on a core subject.
The successful applicant will be subject to a DBS check.
