Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the music curriculum across the school to ensure high-quality provision for all children

  • Organise and deliver whole-school and community musical events, including concerts, productions, and celebrations
  • Liaise with the peripatetic teachers
  • Direct and lead the school choir(s) and orchestra, inspiring children to develop their musical talents
  • Provide music for liturgies, Masses, and Catholic celebrations throughout the year
  • Collaborate with peripatetic music teachers to extend and enrich musical opportunities
  • Promote a culture where music is valued, celebrated, and accessible to all pupils
