We are a unique all-through school (Nursery to Year 13), looking to appoint an exceptional Early Years Educator (EYE) who shares our values and determination to deliver an excellent, inclusive education to our young people.
We are looking for an excellent Early Years Educator (EYE, Primary) who must have:
• Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification;
• Experience of working in the early years foundation stage (EYFS), preferably in a school setting;
• Excellent skills in working constructively as part of a team, understanding classroom roles andresponsibilities and your own position within these;
• Experience of working with children with diverse needs, including SEND;
• Evidence of ongoing professional development; attendance on courses, INSET, personal study;
• English and maths qualifications to at least GCSE grade C (level 4)
• Computer literacy: ability to carry out a variety of general ICT tasks e.g. upload photographs;
• Demonstrable commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children and young people,and an up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance in relation to safeguarding;
• A Paediatric first aid certificate or be willing to undertake this prior to appointment onappointment.
