The Executive Leadership of the Federation is looking for an Inclusion Teaching Assistant to join our Bonneville learning community. We are seeking to harness the talents of driven, aspirational, dedicated and hard working professionals, willing to develop and enhance their existing expertise to create memorable learning experiences for children.

You will work under the direct instruction of teaching/senior staff, usually in the classroom with the teacher, to support access to learning for pupils and provide general support to the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.

We would like to hear from enthusiastic individuals with a desire to support, stimulate, nurture and enable the development of all children. You will be ready to tailor teaching to remove barriers so all of our children have access to the curriculum, and monitoring progress so that every child achieves. We value candidates who show enthusiasm in the training needs required by the role.
