Lansdowne Turney Federation is a specialist Federation of two schools (Lansdowne Stockwell and Turney West Dulwich), is seeking to appoint an inspirational Executive Headteacher to lead two SEND schools, driving excellence in education and outcomes for all pupils, including those with complex needs.
Lansdowne Turney Federation consists of two special schools, Lansdowne is a secondary school for autistic pupils aged 11-18 and Turney is an all-through school for autistic pupils aged 4-19.

The successful candidate will have senior leadership experience in SEND education, a qualification in Education Psychology and NPQH or a commitment to achieve this.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a clear SEND-focused vision across all schools.
Manage and develop senior leadership teams, promoting continuous professional growth.
Oversee curriculum development and teaching standards to ensure high-quality learning for all pupils.
Champion inclusion, safeguarding, and pastoral care for all learners.
Engage effectively with parents, carers, local authorities, and external agencies to support SEND provision.
Manage resources efficiently, ensuring safe and well-maintained school environments.
