Saint Gabriel’s College

Saint Gabriel’s College is a small inclusive Church of England secondary school where every member of the community is valued. All our students are encouraged to achieve excellence by working hard, continuously improving, growing spiritually and thinking of others.

As an inclusive school, we are committed to recognising, and fully developing, the potential of each and every student, whatever his or her starting point. We set high expectations in all things and pride ourselves on getting the best out of people.
Our staff are committed and enthusiastic and we are proud of the fact that many of our staff have stayed with the school for a considerable number of years, including some from starting their careers to now being a part of the Leadership team.

As a growing school we provide our staff with substantial opportunities for personal growth and career progress. We are committed to staff learning and allocate a large annual budget towards development and training. We are a happy school with very good relationships between colleagues and between staff members and students. We take the wellbeing of colleagues seriously, seeking to live out our mission: ‘we will all achieve our unique God given potential.’

We were rated ‘Good’ by OFSTED in 2015 and rated ‘Outstanding’ as a church school in our last SIAMs inspection.
